Refund policy

Maison Murad Atelier is committed to offering handcrafted luxury and custom-made garments. Due to the exclusivity of our products, the following refund terms apply:

1. Final Sale

All purchases are final. We do not offer returns or refunds, unless the product is received damaged or defective (see next section).

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery at contact@maisonmuradatelier.com, including:

  • Order number

  • Photographic evidence of the issue

  • Description of the problem

If the claim is valid, we may provide repair, partial refund, or replacement. Claims made after the stated period will not be accepted.

3. Custom Products

Customized or made-to-order items (including couture gowns, embroidery, and tailored fabrics) are non-refundable and non-returnable. Clients must ensure all measurements and custom information provided are accurate.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, no cancellations or refunds are allowed if production has started.

5. Shipping Responsibility

Maison Murad Atelier is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage once the order is in the hands of the shipping provider. We recommend selecting insured shipping options.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe there is a billing issue, you agree to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Any chargeback deemed fraudulent or unjustified will be challenged and may lead to legal action and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
