By making a purchase on www.maisonmuradatelier.com, you fully acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Your acceptance of these terms is required in order to complete any order, and your consent is securely stored as proof of agreement.
1. Nature of Products
Maison Murad Atelier specializes in high fashion and luxury fabrics, many of which are custom-made or produced upon request. This includes, but is not limited to: tailored gowns, personalized fabric cuts, exclusive embroidery, and one-of-a-kind designs.
2. Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. Due to the exclusive and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances—except as outlined in Section 3. Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions and specifications thoroughly before purchasing.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at contact@maisonmuradatelier.com, including:

Once the case is reviewed and if the damage is confirmed to be a manufacturing issue, we will offer a suitable solution—such as repair, partial refund, or replacement. Claims made after the 7-day window will not be accepted.
4. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
All items made to order, customized, or tailored to customer specifications are non-returnable and non-refundable. Clients are responsible for providing correct sizes, measurements, and instructions. We are not liable for inaccuracies in the information provided.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty. After this period, if production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
6. Production & Delivery Time
Production time varies by item. For custom-made gowns, expect 10–14 weeks. Urgent orders may be available upon request for an additional fee. Delivery times are in addition to production and depend on the carrier. Maison Murad Atelier is not responsible for delivery delays due to shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances (weather, customs, etc.).
7. Shipping & Liability
All items are shipped with tracking. Once handed to the carrier, responsibility for loss, damage, or delay lies with the shipping provider. We recommend choosing insured shipping.
8. Taxes & Duties
Customers are responsible for import duties, customs fees, or taxes applicable in their country.
9. Purchase Consent & Dispute Policy
By clicking “Pay” or “Complete Order”, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions and our Refund Policy. This acceptance is securely recorded as legal proof of your consent.
Should a dispute arise, you agree to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unjustified chargebacks, particularly after receiving the product, may result in legal action. Chargebacks represent a direct financial loss to the business, and we reserve the right to dispute and report any claims that violate these terms.
